How to heal a broken heart
Relationships do not contain only happiness, love, and joy. They're often full of problems and conflicts. However, when a couple get separated as one side hurt the other side, the one who has a broken heart has to follow some steps in order to forget those feelings. Firstly, that one must cut every mean of communication with the other because whenever he talks, or even thinks about the other, he will never be able to forget the problem happened. In addition to that, it's too important to get rid of all souvenirs that can remind us of the one who has hurt us; for example, all pictures, gifts, and even trying not to visit the places that we used to visit while the relationship was doing well. All those are the second step. About the third step, the most important thing is to move forward, which means keep living, and finding new things to do without even thinking of that ex-boyfriend/girlfriend. What is more, is the fourth step. It is all about making a new schedule to fulfill our days; for example, practicing sport , getting involved in new activities such as music, or social work so as that we can exceed the situation we're in . The fifth step, which is not really necessary, is to find another person to get engaged with, so we can feel a little bit comfortable with that vacuum we have in heart. All in all, those are some few steps that perhaps can help someone who suffers from a bad emotional experience.
